Hawthorn Grange is just a short walk from Auburn Village Shopping Centre. Close to public transport, community centres and hospitals it offers a unique standard of supported residential care. The facility was designed to allow us to provide for people who need some support in their daily living as well as those who cherish their independence.
We want our residents to decide what day to day household and personal care activities they would like to do. Our staff are there to assist and encourage in any way we can. Adaptable, flexible and above all caring, staff are available to help with bathing and dressing as well as supervising medication where required.
Hawthorn Grange feels like a real home with residents able to come and go as they please, and family are always welcome for a casual visit, or dinner and drinks.
We provide a nutritious and varied menu and cater for resident's special dietary needs.
We have found that home style cooking is always popular and our in house chef welcomes your contributions to our menu.
